Pete is the Chairman of the company. He has an esteemed and well-respected career in the real estate business.  Prior to becoming a builder, he ran his own real estate brokerage for 15 years.  His expertise is built upon experience and client relations – a business philosophy that he has passed along to his children who will carry the firm into future generations.

Pete is a straight shooter who not only oversees the quality and integrity of the business, but also plays a hands-on role in the building activities. He has empowered his children to drive the logistics, but he remains engaged to ensure that the time-honored traditions of solid homebuilding are not compromised at the expense of homeowner satisfaction.

Elena is a mother of two boys and serves as the president of the company.  She offers an extensive knowledge of the profession that has been passed down from her father.

Elena has expanded her leadership role to address both the subtle and sophisticated needs of today’s homebuyer. She is intently focused on building client relationships, and she fully understands the nuances of meshing tradition with modern convenience. Elena began her building career sweeping out homes under construction and has quickly evolved into a leader within her profession.  A good listener with a distinct, but informed, opinion, Elena drives the agenda for the company.

Porter is the proud father of a new baby girl and serves as the vice president of the company.  Porter’s attention to detail and his capacity for consistently monitoring the work of sub-contractors is a huge asset for homeowners. He is flexible and responsible, and driven by a client’s sense of urgency. Articulate in his execution and protective of the firm’s legacy, Porter is intent on a single business philosophy: deliver a home that exceeds the owner’s expectations.
